Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Returns may only be accepted if:

- The product is damaged during delivery.

- The wrong product was delivered.

- The product is defective upon arrival.

To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement may be issued.

Refunds are only applicable in cases of:

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
